We do not collect sensitive financial credentials — all payment processing is handled securely by Cashfree Payment Gateway.

Your information is used exclusively to: (a) respond to project enquiries and onboard new clients, (b) manage ongoing production workflows and deliver project assets, (c) process invoices and verify payment clearings, (d) send relevant project updates and milestone communications, and (e) improve our internal systems and service quality. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing or third-party advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
All client data is stored in encrypted MongoDB Atlas cloud infrastructure (AWS) with enterprise-grade access controls. File assets are stored in secure cloud storage with restricted access. Our systems use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Access to client data within SEENERA is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in your project.
4. Third-Party Services
SEENERA integrates with the following third-party services to facilitate operations: Cashfree (payment processing), MongoDB Atlas (database), Notion (project management), and Vercel (infrastructure hosting). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy standards compliant with applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell or trade your data to any third party.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use essential cookies to maintain session state and improve performance. We may use anonymized analytics data (such as page views and geographic region) to understand how clients interact with our platform.
